Analytical Grammar is an easy to follow, step-by-step program that will prepare students for high school and college-level work. The innovative and logical approach is not only extremely effective but makes learning grammar fun.

This program is designed to be taught over three “seasons� which spans three years, however, it is flexible and can be adapted to a one or two year program. Each “season� includes several units which are covered over the course of a week or two, followed by ongoing reinforcement activities, included in the Review and Reinforcement book.

The Junior Analytical Grammar program is designed to introduce younger students to the ideas and study of English Grammar. While this program covers the same topics as the first “season� of the Analytical Grammar program, the emphasis is not for students to achieve mastery, but to ease into the formal study of grammar.

This program contains 11 units, which are designed for students that are at a lower reading level. Exercises are shorter and there is more teacher involvement, compared to the Analytical Grammar program. The material covered in each unit in Junior Analytical Grammar builds and reinforces the concepts covered previously.

Junior Analytical Grammar Mechanics is designed to be a gentle introduction to punctuation, capitalization, and usage rules for younger students. Since concepts build upon one another, this program is recommended for students who have completed Junior Analytical Grammar, the first “season� of Analytical Grammar, or have a thorough understanding of basic grammar.

Major Concepts and Skills Include:

High School Reinforcement program gives students that have completed Analytical Grammar the opportunity to continue to apply their knowledge of grammar to the study of literature and writing. These reinforcement workbooks contain 18 exercises designed to be used throughout the school year, to keep grammar, diagramming, analysis, punctuation and usage, skills sharp.

These High School Reinforcement books do not need to be used in any specific order.

Beyond the Book Report covers literary analysis, journalism, poetry, drama, essays, oral reports, and research papers. This program is designed to pair with Analytical Grammar to provide a seamless, full-coverage language arts course that is easy to understand and use, while not requiring a whole day.
